Delivery and Production

Production time

Each gown is made to order. Production takes 6 to 8 weeks from the moment your order is confirmed and your measurements are final.

If you are working to a wedding date, contact us as early as you can. Wedding season between May and August is our busiest period, and we recommend allowing additional time for fittings and final adjustments.

Have a date sooner than 6 weeks away? Speak to us before ordering — we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.

Worldwide delivery

We deliver internationally. Shipping is quoted individually for each destination, as cost depends on the country and the service required, and is paid by the customer. We will confirm the exact shipping cost with you before dispatch.

Every gown is shipped tracked and insured, and we send you the tracking details once it is on its way.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside Kosovo, any customs charges, import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. These are set by the destination country, not by us.

Collection in person

You are welcome to collect your gown from our showroom in Gjilan at no charge. Many clients prefer this, as it allows a final fitting on collection.
