How long does a gown take to make?

Six to eight weeks from the time your order is confirmed and your measurements are final. During wedding season, May to August, we recommend allowing extra time. See Delivery and Production.

Are the gowns made to my measurements?

Yes. Every gown is made to order and cut to you individually, rather than sold in standard sizes off a rail.

Can I return a gown?

Because each piece is made individually to your measurements, made-to-order gowns cannot be returned if you change your mind. If a gown arrives faulty, damaged or not as agreed, your statutory rights apply in full and we will put it right. Full details on our Returns page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping is quoted per destination and confirmed with you before dispatch. Customs and import duties in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

I live abroad. Can I still order?

Many of our clients live outside Kosovo. Where travelling for every fitting isn’t practical, we work remotely using detailed measurements and stay in close contact throughout production.

Can you make a custom design?

Yes. Alongside our collection we create bespoke pieces, and we can also adapt an existing design — a different neckline, sleeve or colour. Talk to us about what you have in mind. See Custom Orders.

How do fittings work?

Fittings take place at our Gjilan showroom, privately and by appointment, so you have the room to decide without an audience. Book an appointment.

What if the fit isn’t right?

Adjustments are a normal part of made-to-order work, not a complaint. If something needs refining after a fitting, tell us and we will correct it.
